How to get there
It takes 3hours travel by land from cebu city north bus terminal which cost 150 for Air-conditioned Ceres Bus and 145 peso only for Non-aircon Ceres bus (Prices are subject to change in any time without prior notice) . Inform first the bus conductor that you're bound to Gibitngil Island Medellin so that they will drop you off to Barangay Kawit.When you reach at Brgy. Kawit at the back area of their Public Market there are lots of Boat for rent along the beach. They have public boat which 1,500 peso and god for 20persons and if you want to be exclusive they also have a private boat which cost 800 for two persons but sometimes it depends on your agreement to the boat owner. You can also ask from assistance of the residence their to this number telephone number. Call their coast guard 2362031.
While going to Gibitngil Island it’s a half hour or 30mins travel by boat you have rented. You can do some photographs while sailing because before you reach at the Island you can experience some small waves, you will see some beautiful scenery and also you will see the tip of the north of cebu the bantayan cebu and bantayan Island the neighboor Island. So you must bring a fully charged camera.
When you get there already mostly people out there will welcome you to their place and at the white sand beach you can easily enter the entrance way to their cottages and other services.
